Please read these terms carefully before accessing MerekUD Services. Your continued use of our platform constitutes agreement to these binding legal terms.
1. Introduction
MerekUD ("we", "us", "our") provides high-performance gaming software and security solutions. These terms govern your acquisition and use of our licenses.
2. Licensing & Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software. You expressly agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass license validation or HWID locks.
- Share, sell, or rent your account to third parties.
- Distribute our binary files or use them for reverse engineering.
3. Limitation of Liability
Usage of third-party software in multiplayer environments carries inherent risk. MerekUD does not guarantee 100% immunity from anti-cheat signatures and is not responsible for any actions taken against your gaming accounts.
4. Digital Goods & Refunds
All sales are final. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds once a license key has been activated. We recommend testing with a 1-week license before committing to longer terms.
5. Required Hardware Commitment
Products designated as "AI-Based" require external hardware. Failure to possess or operate this hardware does not constitute grounds for a refund. Please refer to our Requirement Guide for details.
